Netherite Day

nYx had been away from Season 3 for a while. The day he came back, prop had decided it was time to go up a tier.

The server announced the first step: prop had earned the advancement Hidden in the Depths for obtaining ancient debris. ¹ By the time he was done digging he reported “got 45 ancient debirs total”, spelling and all. ² That is enough scrap for a whole wardrobe once it is smelted and combined with gold.

The payoff came a few minutes later: Cover Me in Debris, the advancement for a full suit of netherite armour. ³ Tools and a hoe followed, and prop shared a picture of the crafting grid mid-celebration.

The finished kit, held up in front of a dark stone castle, was the day’s trophy shot.

It was a short, tidy grind, a one-day jump from iron-and-diamond gear to the best armour in the game, and it happened alongside nYx’s own return to the world.
