Before the Monkes had a nether portal, they had a house. Omen_49 built it in the jungle near Kart’s base, all in warm browns (the chocolate-house nickname fits), with a bamboo patch, a melon patch and a pet axolotl for company. Omen gave its coordinates as “129 -173” 1, while SPODERMYAN, Omen’s Discord account, gave the base as 129 and -172 2. Levi, Omen’s partner in the Monkes alliance, is listed alongside him as a builder.
The house had a short life as a happy home. On 15 July 2021, Omen came back to find it damaged and asked the chat:
umm wtf happened to my house?
3 The Monkes had no nether portal yet, so prop offered to build one for them with his obsidian 4. The chat does not settle exactly what hit the house, but it landed in the same stretch as the raid that cost several players their gear that week.
