Season 2 had barely begun when, on 3 July 2022, two villagers and a bed at Emperor Sian’s house set off a raid: “and it started a raid” 1.
prop, Sian and ntize fought off ravagers, evokers and swarms of vexes. They died dozens of times, with the server announcing each one: “N_tize was slain by Ravager” 2. In the end they won, and Sian got the advancement: “has completed the challenge [Hero of the Village]” 3.
Prop did not take it as a triumph. He complained, “why is it that always when we start a server there is a always an unwanted raid that fucks up everything in the start” 4.
