In December 2021 IRIS left Season 1. He gave up Minecraft, came back to the Discord as a Watcher, and divided his possessions among other players, with Kart, RJ and BotFragx (Suresh) among those who benefited 1. See also The Watchers.
The chat could not agree on why. kira’s theory was blunt: “lmfao you left because a creeper blew you up?” 2. prop supplied what he called the canon version, in which IRIS “gained cosmic vision and ascended” to the power of Watcher 3.
IRIS himself was more modest about the inheritance. Once everything was divided, he admitted, “i had very less wealth than what i expected XD” 4. He also refused to come back, on the grounds that “dead ppl wont join”.
The chat suggests the episode may be connected to the later funeral event and video, though the sources do not say so outright.
