On 27 February 2022 prop announced that he had “just grinded the aesthetics of my base”, 1 designed under Complementary shaders. The result became prop's Redstone Base.
The next day came the bill. The storage system wanted a staggering number of hoppers: “we need 1800 hoppers wtf”. 2 prop posted a raw material list that included 6,887 logs, 8,624 iron ingots and 3,009 redstone dust. 3 Getting there became a run through the raid farm for redstone, the Nether wood farm, a raid on Akshay’s wood stash and long sessions of smooth stone mining, with Suresh and Kart caught up in it. By the readers’ count, prop ran out of hoppers about seven times.
By 1 March he reported “day 3 of base grinding all sorter modules done”. 4 On 6 March he was still short: “i need atleast 6 more stacks i think”. 5
On 10 March it was over: “Base Build is complete”. 6
Suresh suggested the place should look like a redstone machine, so prop promised to “build huge redstoe torch”, and did. 7
