The server’s custom emotes are a running museum of their own. As early as August 2021, a lag death was answered with rest-in-piece jokes and a reaction from the :moc: emote 1.
In October 2024 kira pointed at his own emoji, :kira:, and declared “this emoji is no longer accurate”, a verdict on the old bald running joke 2. prop proposed the dignified retirement: rename it Kira_legacy 3.
In March 2026 kira went on a campaign to restore the classics. The emotes are retired, remembered and occasionally resurrected.
