World border

Season 2's border was 6000 blocks wide, a 3000-block radius, and players caught outside after it shrank died.

In August 2022 the bot announced that the world border was “currently 6000 blocks wide” 1, a 3000-block radius around the centre. Once it shrank, anyone left outside it died. kira checked on the stragglers: “I assume both of you are now within 3k, 3k?” 2. See also World Border Set to 3k.
