Most Axolotl SMP Season 2 bases grew by accretion. Emperor Sian’s was designed, and prop said as much: “your base is one of the only complete and properly designed bases on the server”. 1
The island
It stood on a sand island at -527 68 323, ringed by fences, with the mine, the farm and the base each given their own triangle. 2 3 The centrepiece was a giant sword stabbing into a netherrack platform, with a big portal-and-spawner build nearby that Akshay called “mass”. 4
The farms
Over a single week in early July 2022 Sian added cow and sheep farms, an automatic wool farm and a villager trading hall with a Mending villager. The wool and the animals lived in what he cheerfully called the “torture room”. 5 6 His mob and XP farm rose to 124 blocks, tall enough that he planned to survive a drop by placing a block mid-air. 7 8 He moved the mob farm up to y195 after nearby cave spawns gave poor yields.
Beyond
The base also had an enchanting table, a fish tank, a trophy room and a long-range netherite mine in the Nether, with a portal at -2549 64 577. 9 10 It later gained a raid farm; see Sian's Raid Farm and Sian's Netherite Mine and Nether Fortress. ntize helped with parts of it.
