On 27 March 2023, prop finished the steam engine at the kelp farm in Axolotl SMP Season 2.5. The missing piece was kira’s supply of blaze burners; kira said he had six more in his inventory, and prop asked for them.
The first reading was enough to make prop shout: “50 K STRESS WHAT THE FUCKKKKKKKK”. 1 Once the engine was running properly, the numbers settled to a single burner giving around 16k stress and three burners giving about 49k, with the output doubling at each level. 2
There was a catch. Steam engines need fuel, and this one was fed with kelp:
