Mero is the friend who never played Minecraft and then claimed two countries. He joined the Discord on 2021-12-08 1, hovered at the edge of the server for over a year, and finally became a player in 2023. prop’s verdict at the time was “mero hasnt even played minecraft before” 2. When Mero kept dying, prop said, “we got ourselves another kart” 3, and the nickname Kart 2.0 stuck. He answered to several names in-game. The chat treats captainbolt, antivenom and “anti” as the same player, and Kart’s question and nYx’s reply confirm that antivenom is Mero 4 5.
Season 2.5: the cave in the corner
As captainbolt he picked the green jungle region near the desert for a base 6, then declared a natural cave in the corner of the map his spawn: “i set this area as my base” 7. prop spent a while asking “where us your base fam?” and then ran the train line to it 8. Mero’s first Create adventure began on 2023-03-28 in creative mode because his connection was bad 9, and his base joined the train network the next day 10. He asked prop for food, wood, torches and diamonds, and said he just wanted to “build some stuff i like” 11 12.
Earth: Korea, New Zealand and fried chicken
On ASMP Earth Mero claimed South Korea, “i take south”, and shared the peninsula with Snake, and also pitched an idol business 13 14. A week later he added New Zealand 15. His diplomacy was at its sharpest in the news channels. He coined “antarctic fried chicken” 16 and later wrote to “antartica dictator” prop that New Zealand needed help with a cure recipe 17.
He arrived in game as antivenom on 2023-07-28 and burned to death at once 18. See Mero Joins New Zealand. New Zealand’s hills defeated him. After building a concrete road and a shelter for his plane he groaned that he “shouldnt have fuckin took new zealand there is no sign of flat land all fuckin hills” 19. He piloted “New Zealand Air 1” and dreamed of a New Zealand Fried Chicken empire, but after two hours his chicken farm had produced just three cooked chicken 20. The Warden killed him repeatedly, and prop duelled him on 2023-08-15. prop also accused him of having “swindled a lot of iron” 21.
Limbo and later
He returned in February 2024 as “mero”, wanting to “build some underwater base” near abishek’s portal area 22. prop joked that a four-letter username would be worth real money 23. On ASMP Limbo, though, he lasted only two days, according to prop 24. In April 2025 prop invited him to the opening of Season 4 and sent him the UltimMC launcher 25 26.
