Place ASMP S2.5 base

On 10 February 2023 prop discovered that “THE ENTIRE MOUNTAIN IS FUCKING HOLLOW” 1 and decided it could be a community Create area 2. He filled it with generators, crafters and farms, and the start of the Axolotl Train Network. It was organised and named on 24 March 3.

On 27 March he asked kira whether it should stay the main base or whether to build a separate pure-Create factory 4.
