Storage Systems

The group has a complicated relationship with big storage rooms. In Season 1, prop and kira both tried building Shulkercraft-style automatic sorting rooms, and the rivalry was friendly but loud. “your sorter is nothing compared to what im going to build,” kira warned. ¹ Prop’s answer: “we’ll see :plans:-intensifies”. ² The results survive as kira's Multi-Item Sorter and the The Sorter Room.

Then there is the curse. In October 2023 IRIS declared the group’s most famous superstition, “Every smp has ended after ah storage system”, ³ and swore off the idea: “Never ever building a storage system only”. ⁴ Prop objected, in his usual way: “actually we have made storage systems”. ⁵ The chat’s quiet subtext is that they built them and never really used them.
